John Dillard is a 2-time security company founder, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and experienced technology and operations executive. Currently, he is the General Manager for North America and part of the C-Team at Sign In Solutions, leading the company's Enterprise business. Prior to founding ThreatSwitch, which was acquired by Sign In Solutions, John co-founded and sold Big Sky Associates, a firm that facilitated the adoption of technology-supported continuous improvement methodologies in defense and national security organizations. Notably, Big Sky played a key role in transforming the US Army's security clearance processes, earning John the US Army Commander's Award for Public Service. Moreover, John's career includes working as an Analyst and Graduate fellow at the CIA, focusing on nuclear proliferation and security, as well as serving as an officer in the US Navy Reserve. Additionally, he worked on KPMG's recovery team at the World Trade Center in 2001.
